A stone of grounding, protection and release.
In crystal tradition, smoky quartz is believed to absorb and transmute negative energies, promoting grounding, protection and emotional stability. It is thought to bring clarity of thought, help in overcoming challenges and offer balance and harmony.
It is also associated with a deep connection to nature, relaxation and positive transformation, and with the Root Chakra, linked to stability, security and self-confidence. A sphere is thought to send energy out equally in every direction, and its symmetrical shape is said to give off a high frequency of positive energy.
Crystals have been prized for centuries for their beauty and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any mystical or healing effect.
