Jet-black volcanic glass, polished to a point.
Obsidian
Glossy, dark and mirror-bright.
Obsidian forms when volcanic lava cools so quickly that no mineral crystals can grow, leaving a smooth, glassy stone with crisp edges and a reflective shine. People have shaped it into tools, blades and decorative pieces for thousands of years.

Protection, grounding and transformation.
In crystal tradition, obsidian is a stone of protection, said to shield against negativity and to absorb and dispel harmful energies. It is believed to help with grounding and connecting with the Earth, bringing stability, strength and balance, and to encourage self-reflection, clarity and the uncovering of hidden truths.
Linked with the Root chakra, it is associated with security and a strong foundation for personal and spiritual growth. Its sharp edges have long symbolized cutting through illusion, and crystal points are said to amplify energy, foster spiritual connection and aid manifestation.
Most obsidian is black like this point, though the stone can also appear brown, gray or green, and it has played a part in cultural, spiritual and artistic traditions around the world.
Crystals have been prized for centuries for their beauty and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any mystical or healing effect.
