Deep green, splashed with red.
African bloodstone
Every point wears its red its own way.
African bloodstone, also known as heliotrope, pairs a deep green base with red flecks and patches that look like drops of blood. The red comes from iron oxide set into green jasper.
Some points carry a scatter of small specks, others broad sweeps of red. It comes from South Africa, India, Madagascar and Australia.

A stone of vitality and courage.
In crystal tradition, African bloodstone is a stone of vitality, courage and grounding, said to carry a connection to ancestral wisdom. Its green is linked with the lushness of the earth and its red with life force and passion.
Held during meditation, it is believed to balance the body's energy centers and stir strength and endurance, while a point is thought to gather and direct intention.
Crystals have been prized for centuries for their beauty and believed metaphysical properties; Spirit Magicka makes no guarantee of any mystical or healing effect.
